How to Jailbreak iOS 9 with Pangu

What you Need to Know about Pangu 9?

• Pangu9 jailbreak tool can jailbreak iOS 9, iOS 9.0.1, iOS 9.0.2.
• Pangu9 is an untethered jailbreak.
• The jailbreak is currently Windows only, but as you know that Mac users can install Windows OS.
• Pangu supports following iOS 9 – iOS 9.0.2 devices:

iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c, iPhone 5, iPhone 4s

What you Need to Do before Jailbreaking

• Use iTunes or iCloud to backup your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch to keep all your data safe.
• Disable any Anti-virus programs or firewalls that could prevent the jailbreaking.
• Sign out of iCloud and turn off Find my iPhone from Settings > iCloud > Find my iPhone.
• Disable Passcode from Settings > Touch ID & Passcode .
• Place your device into airplane mode.
• Make sure latest iTunes 12.3 is installed and your device has been trusted!

 

Step-by-step Guide on iOS 9 Jailbreak

1. Grab yourself a copy of Pangu Jailbreak.

 

2. Connect your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch to the computer and make sure it has been trusted.

 

3. Right click on the Pangu exe file and select the "Run as Administrator" option. Pangu will take some time to detect your device. Once that is done, click on the blue "Start" button.

 

4. Click on "Already Backup" to proceed to the jailbreak.

 

5. The jailbreak tool will begin to do its thing. At some point, your device will restart and you'll need to enable Airplane Mode again when it boots back up. You'll get a reminder on the screen to do so.

 

6. You'll eventually be asked to open up the Pangu app, tap Accept, and then allow the app to access the Photos app on your iPhone or iPad.

 

7. After that, keep your device connected to your computer and don't close out of the Pangu app on your iPhone or iPad. Eventually, the process will complete and your device will reboot for one last time.

 

8. Once the process completes, the Pangu tool will tell you that your device is "Already Jailbroken". You should see the Cydia icon on your home screen.
