Google fit is so barebore, barely provides any insights and has a childish inteface, no friends list, among several missing feautures. I do not recommend. Go with Fitbit or Samsung Health. Those are the most advanced fitness apps currently in the Android world. Those two apps they provide you a huge amount of insights and you can create challenges with friends.
