Apple surprisingly releases the first iOS 8.4 beta today. As usual, the beta version which contains a completely redesigned music application is only available to developers.
Apple releases the first iOS 8.4 Beta today, only 5 days after releasing the iOS 8.3 official version. The build number of this beta version is 12H407d and developers can download it at iOS Developer Center. Besides, Apple also releases the Xcode 6.4 Beta. The iOS 8.4 Beta contains a newly designed music application, including the singer interfaces with all new design to show singers’ pictures, and personalized playlists. This new music application not only contains a mini player, a newly designed "Playing", and the Global Search that makes it easier for users to search in any interface, but also simplifies the design of the iTunes broadcast, which users can transfer music between iPhone and iTunes without effort.
According to the release notes, the new music application has some known bugs. For instance, the AirPlay would be unable to work if you use Siri to control the iTunes broadcast stop working; the radio sharing of the iTunes broadcast is unavailable, and it is incapable of opening a new radio when the music is playing; the music application may quit unexpectedly when it enters the Landscape Mode or deletes the playlist.
